Rain Storm Ends January Drought in Pleasant Grove Area
A rain storm changing to snow broke the late January dry spell in Pleasant Grove during the seven day period ending 6 p.m. Monday January 29. Total precipitation was under a quarter inch with mild daytime temperatures and only a few frosty nights. Groundhog Day approaches as forecasts predict light rain or snow tapering by Thursday. Weekly stats show 0.20 inches of precipitation for the period and 0.54 inches since January 1.

The Pleasant Grove Public Library adds 19 new books funded by a $50 donation from the Cadmus Club.
