Barber Arrested for Possession of Liquor
Marshall A. R. Winters and Night Watchman Heber Gardiner arrested Abel Nielson on a possession charge Wednesday evening at 10 p.m. A search warrant from Justice of the Peace J. O. Clark allowed the barber shop to be searched. Fourteen pints of Mexican whiskey were found. Nielson was placed under arrest and later released on bond. Hearing had not been set yesterday morning.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Third Ward chapel for Alfred Jonathan Harvey who died Saturday. Interment followed in City cemetery with grave dedication by M. S. Christiansen.
