Gold Star Mother Answers Last Call
Mary Driggs Robison 74, daughter of pioneers Shadrack and Hilda Driggs, died at home from old age and general debility. A Gold Star Mother who sent two sons to World War I, one killed in France, and another to the Spanish-American War. First child born in Linden ward January 2, 1855. Married Louis R. Robison June 2, 1873. he died in 1917. Survived by seven children Millie Poulson Ella Williams Rhoda Stagg John Robison Harold Robison, 21 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Funeral Sunday April 14 at 12 o'clock in Timpanogos Stake Tabernacle.

Funeral Services for Cornelius Baxter Held in Pleasant Grove
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 1 p m in the Timpano 108 Stake tabernacle for Cornelius Baxter longtime Pleasant Grove resident who died Friday morning April 6 after a two year illness. Interment followed in Pleasant Grove City cemetery. Born in Glasgow Scotland March 7 1840 he married Elizabeth Kally in 1885 and came to America in 1878. The Baxters endured a perilous voyage with six sailors lost at sea before arriving in Utah. He and his family later settled in Pleasant Grove where they raised their children.
