Spring Range Ride Rescheduled for April 15 at Grovecreek

The annual Spring big game range ride at Grovecreek Canyon is reset to Sunday April 15 1973 to assess deer winter range conditions. Riders leave Debris Basin at 9 a.m. with details via Arthur Henderson or Pleasant Grove Forest Service office. The event highlights winter pressures on deer.

City Council Holds Regular Session Discussing Joint Purchase

City leaders met Tuesday night with Mayor Malcolm Beck to discuss a shared purchase of a street roller from London City. The council also reviewed staffing needs, animal control placement under the police chief, and plans for restrooms, a junior high pool project, and a new bank charter in Pleasant Grove.
