The Fort Walton Beach Kiwanis Club sponsors the Small Fry Fishing Rodeo to be held June 10 at the Department of Transportation Pond near Wayside Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Local youths arrested in Niceville area drug and bike case
Two juvenile boys were arrested Friday and Raymond Rooney, 18, of Niceville was later charged with marijuana possession. Five arrests for marijuana related offenses have occurred in the Niceville Valparaiso area. Rooney and others were found riding mini bikes without licenses or safety gear on Linstew Drive. Juveniles were turned over to authorities.
