Mrs. Bessie Rice Outlaw aged 68 of Crestview died Sunday in a Gadsden County hospital. Born in Olive Hill Kentucky she had lived in Crestview since 1916 and was a former president of the First United Methodist Church. Funeral services set for 10 a.m. at McLaughlin Chapel with Rev. Lamar Spencer officiating. Interment at Live Oak Memorial Park Cemetery with McLaughlin Funeral Home handling arrangements. Remains lie in state at McLaughlin Chapel. She is survived by her daughter Muriel Bernard of Brazil brother W C Bill Ries of Crestview a niece Betty A Keith of Lake Alford four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
