Woman Dies In Reservation Auto Mishap
Nebbie T. Johnson aged 19 died Friday afternoon in an Okaloosa County incident on the Metin Air Force Base Reservation after the car she rode in lost control on an unpaved road, flipped, and struck a tree. Her husband Charles A. Johnson, a Private First Class in the Army Ranger Company, was injured and treated. Mrs Johnson was six months pregnant and worked as an air defense police wife and security officer at Eglin. The body was taken to Okalonsa Memorial Hospital in Crestview.

Fledgling Okaloosa Island Firemen Answer First Call
