Glenn W. Turner will return about 5 million dollars to an estimated 75 000 unsatisfied customers across the United States. The settlement plans to mail notices by May 1 to buyers of Turner's distributorships and investors in his firms. Turner heads the Glenn W. Turner Enterprise Inc and about two dozen ancillary companies including Koscot Interplanetary Inc and Dare To Be Great Inc. The deal restructures his firms transferring 4.7 million in assets into a holding company over which he has no control.
