Syrian Planes Violate Israeli Air Space Over Golan Heights

Syrian warplanes crossed over Israeli positions on the occupied Golan Heights shortly before a cease-fire deadline. About 10 000 pails of toluene leaked from a docked barge into Escambia Bay Florida. Some spray reached shore covered with straw while winds churned the surface breaking up the slick. A barge tank rupture was plugged by divers.
