TALLAHASSEE Florida delegates for the March 14 presidential primary may be decided by reapportionment. GOP assistant Bill David notes delegate rules use new districts and if Nixon sweeps Florida all 40 delegates could go to him, ending the question.

Rep Lou Frey Jr said the Coast Guard will seek Congress approval to transfer part of Air Force surveillance from Miami to Patrick AFB. A new air facility would be created at Patrick and three units from Miami Air Station moved there. The aim is to reduce air traffic congestion and avoid costly additions at Miami. The request to Congress will be taken up Monday before the Merchant Marine and Fisheries Committee, with Frey predicting little opposition.
In San Jose California the Angela Davis murder trial moves into phase two with jury selection underway. About a dozen jurors were seated in week one for the murder kidnapping and conspiracy charges as attorneys question potential bias attitudes toward Davis Communist Party membership and the gruesome crime. Each side has 20 peremptory challenges to excuse jurors without cause.
