Youths Injured In Accident On Brooks Bridge
Two Shalimar youths Bill Sirmans and Alan Michael Jones aged 16 were riding a motor scooter when it struck the rear end of a Ford Mustang owned by Mr and Mrs Georges Du Frenoy of St Cloud France. Sirmans suffered abrasions and was released while Jones fractured a foot and remained in Fort Walton Beach Hospital in good condition. The collision occurred at 10 45 Monday morning on Brooks Bridge as Du Frenoy halted to retrieve a hat blown away by the wind.
