Space Hindering Guidance Clinic Could Lose Location

Dr Bull Thompson told the Wednesday Chamber of Commerce the family guidance clinic needs space for four small rooms desks and filing cabinets. The project would use matching state and community grants but July 1 is the funding deadline. If no space is found the clinic may be scrapped and renting is too costly. The Okaloosa County School Board is weighing options chaired by Mrs Harold.

Bowlegs Festival Frigate Schedule and Events

Bowlegs events list a Friday golf treasure hunt and exhibits opening at 7 pm, a children's parade to the amusement park at 8 pm, and fireworks across Santa Rosa Sound from Spindrift. Saturday features a golf tournament, festival exhibits, a parade to the community center, and the coronation of Captain Billy Bowlegs and his party.
