Valparaiso Man Arrested on Breaking and Entering Charge
A man identified as Elijah Webster Jr., 32, described as an escaped convict and previously sentenced for rape and escape, was arrested early Tuesday by Valparaiso police and Okaloosa deputies. County commissioners endorsed construction of the Okaloosa Island pier and paved the way for a $619,000 bid to move forward.
