Local seventh graders present a 43,000 population dream city featuring four industry sectors including a Coca Cola bottling plant and RCA lab, a 300 bed five story hospital, 41 doctors and five to 25 docks for ships. They envision an airport with two three mile runways, city manager government, salaries for mayor and council, strong sanitation, and a university level emphasis on data and planning.

BNDD reports record narcotics seizures surpassing prior year
