Runaway Strangled In Dade County Jail
A 17 year old runaway from Piedmont South Carolina was strangled in a Dade County Jail cell. Two Miami men were charged with first degree murder after an altercation over food and cleanliness led to the death. The victim, Cloyce Bradley Cook, had been arrested on auto theft charges and was stopped in Titusville when his car, later found stolen in Miami Beach, triggered a county probe.
