Four injured in one car smash near Baker on SR 4
Four people from Montgomery sustained serious injuries in a two vehicle crash six miles west of Baker on State Road 4 Sunday morning. Wyley Ballard, 66, and three passengers Myrtle Ballard, 61, R. E. Foster, 76, and Jettie Foster, 68, were admitted to Okaloosa Memorial Hospital in Crestview in serious condition. Ronnie Earnest Cawthon, 16, of Holt, the other driver, was treated and released. No charges filed. Ballard vehicle struck Cawthon after attempting a left turn at Beaver Creek Road. Ballard car knocked sideways about 60 feet. damage estimated at $1,000 to Ballard vehicle and $600 to Cawthon’s ambulance.

Man Injured As Car Flips In Destin Night Crash
Twenty five year old Ton Surrapt suffered serious injuries in a single vehicle wreck in Destin Saturday evening. He was transported to Fort Walton Beach Hospital in critical condition after the car left the road, rolled three times and traveled about 197 feet.
