Jeanette Belt Wright 22 of Pensacola was arrested near 3 a.m. Sunday at the Silver Inn Bar Hollywood Blvd Fort Walton Beach charged with discharging a firearm on a public place public drunkenness and resisting arrest. Officer Julius McKinnon said he forced her into his patrol car and later into a city jail cell. Witness Yvonne Peterson of Panama City saw the gunfire and said she was burned on the leg by powder.
