In Tallahassee Florida two shots were fired in the Caldwell Building apprenticeship bureau as Scott Allen Harris 20 faced his wife in a quarrel. No one hurt Harris was charged with assault with intent to commit murder after police intervened and a gun was fired into a wall during the arrest.
