Hit and Run Victim Listed As Guarded In Florida
Billy Joe Carnley, 35, was listed in guarded condition after a hit and run on a Shalimar roadway. Trooper John Peaden said Carnley was struck while walking toward Fort Walton Beach near 8th Street and 2nd Avenue, then rolled under the car with no evident damage to the vehicle. He was treated at General Hospital and later Pensacola Baptist Hospital ICU.
