State to sue sludge polluter over Peace River disaster

Hopeful Rescuers Search For 5 Missing Heering Kirse Crew

Youth Charged in Accident in Niceville
John C. Jenkins, 17, of Seminole, faces charges of speed too fast for conditions after a three vehicle crash in Niceville last Wednesday. A Niceville youth, William Barrett, 17, was killed. five others were injured including Barrett passengers Mark Herrington, 16, and Joey Kelly, 16, hospitalized. Jenkins remains in Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola with serious injuries listed as fair.
