Violence surges in Belfast streets amid IRA killings
In Belfast and Londonderry a day of mob violence left five British soldiers and two elderly civilians wounded. Sean Russell of the Ulster Defense Regiment was shot dead at his Ballymurphy home, his daughter wounded. another part time soldier was killed in bed Tuesday.
