Destin American Legion Post 246 will hold a Board of Directors meeting at 7 p.m. and a general membership meeting at 7 p.m. today at the post home. All members urged to attend and prospective members invited. VALPARAISO The board of advisors of the Oka Wasa County Hospital System meets in regular session at 6:90 p.m. today in the central office. West Florida Stamp Club will meet at 7:30 tonight at the Chamber of Commerce in Fort Walton Beach followed by a general auction. All members and prospective members urged to attend. A new four week course for women at Ferry Park Recreation Center meets Wednesdays 10 am to noon. Fee is 4 dollars for residents and 5 dollars for non-residents. For more information call 243-8911.

A draft agreement reportedly includes four power responsibility for civilian traffic and possible Soviet consular presence, with final terms to be reviewed in Washington London Paris and Moscow.
Governor Preston Smith says he may ignore Nixon wage price limits to raise state employees' pay on Sept 1, defying federal restraint. Reports from Holhajang 30 miles away say Pakistani liberation forces attacked and burned a police station and a government building after driving government troops from the area Sunday night. The fires destroyed all records as rebels moved in.
U S war planes carried out retaliatory strikes against antiaircraft and missile bases inside North Vietnam and attacked enemy positions in and around the demilitarized zone. Spokesman Maj Chester Hanson reported no planes hit. Fighter bombers targeted Ho Chi Minh supply corridors in Laos and North Vietnamese gun positions.

City police investigate an impersonation incident after Howard B. Fleet, 18, reports a white man in his mid 20s, six feet tall, with blue lights on a cream car, searched a trunk and back seat, and warned of a ticket over a noisy muffler. Lt. John Campbell leads the inquiry.
The Okaloosa County Council on Aging plans to request a donation at the Fort Walton Beach City Council committee session in city hall. The council previously approved a $6,000 donation to The Boys Club over objections from City Attorney Walter J. Smith who called donations illegal. The council also approved other gifts in the budget and has already received $60,000 from the county commission and City of Valparaiso. Sam Lindsey, former councilman and mayor, hired an attorney to review legality and may sue. A separate item concerns the Linstow Avenue sewer and paving assessment roll.
El Fatah, the largest Palestinian guerrilla group, will close all offices in Lebanon and Jordan and shift to secrecy in all activities. The decision follows a July crackdown by the Jordanian army and aims to avoid a Jordan-like crackdown in Lebanon.

Police issued a nationwide lookout for Richard R. Bartran and an unidentified companion in the Fort Walton Beach burglary of Mr and Mrs Ronald Goetz at 328 Sudduth Circle. A composite of the second suspect exists as investigators widen inquiries and roadblocks were set on exits from the county. Bartran, previously jailed in 1970 on checks charges, may have left the area with the second suspect.
