Quiet Memorial Day Weekend in Plano Police Report
Plano police and fire departments saw fewer calls over the four day Memorial Day weekend. Firefighters answered 30 calls with 17 emergency ambulances, two trash fires were put out, and police logged 208 calls. Burglaries at Executive Hair Designers and Comet Cleaners were linked to a stolen car. about $300 damaged a coin machine at Kwik Kar Wash.

Plano seniors receive four thousand two hundred sixty in local scholarships
Fifteen seniors were named scholarship recipients totaling 4260 dollars during Plano Senior High School commencement at Moody Coliseum Dallas. Allon Issues Strong Protest Over Carter Middle East Remarks
Jerusalem Foreign Minister Yigal Allon summoned the American ambassador to lodge the strongest protest yet against President Carter's calls for Israeli concessions.
