Baccalaureate services begin at 8 p.m. tonight in SMU's McFarlin Auditorium with Dr. W J Wimpee delivering the sermon. Graduation Monday at 8 p.m. in Moody Coliseum features valedictorian Pacquitta Crim and speaker lineup. Memorial Day services at Ridgeview Park include Congressman Jim Collins and military contingents at 10:30 a.m.

Memorial Day will be observed by all government and financial institutions in Plano. Schools and most businesses will close, garbage pickup is canceled Monday with regular service Tuesday. The Plano City Council reschedules to Tuesday 7 30 p m and the CB Radio Club runs a 24 hour Memorial Day Rest Stop at Dallas North Shopping Center offering coffee drinks cookies donuts and restrooms.

Theft Suspects Arrested Here
Two Richardson youths were arrested here Thursday in connection with the theft of a motorcycle in that city. Plano police also arrested 13 other persons this week for illegal entry, disorderly conduct, drunk and disorderly, shoplifting, or as suspicious persons. Reports covered nine thefts and 11 burglaries, including five motor vehicle burglaries.
