Two Prisoners Escape Collin County Jail
In Collin County two inmates Levell Collins and Terry Winton escaped early Tuesday after using hacksaw blades to cut bars from a jail window. Sheriff Jerry Burton said the break occurred between 1 and 4 am and that all available officers are pursuing leads. Collins awaited transfer to Huntsville State Prison for a 25 year term for aggravated burglary. Winton had just been re indicted on a burglary appeal.
