Architectural plans for a 1.5 million dollar research and educational building at the Texas A and M University Research and Extension Center in Dallas have been approved. The announcement came from Clyde H. Wells, president of the board of directors, during the Center’s Open House and Field Day on Wednesday.
The Texas A M Research Center on Coit Road near Plano unveils a Colonial Williamsburg style addition with 25600 square feet of meeting rooms offices and a 500 seat auditorium. Construction starts soon and completion is slated for early fall 1976. Over 68000 people have attended programs since the center opened.
The body of 14 year old Carol Marie Anderson was identified by fingerprints found on music sheets. Police explore possible links to two other Texas murders, Betty Nash and Sandra Kay Beddow, as investigators check connections among Dallas, Collin and Rockwall counties.

Gary A. Taylor, 39, escaped a Michigan state mental hospital in 1974 and is wanted for questioning in disappearances of four women in Ann Arbor Toledo and Seattle. He was jailed on two rape charges in Houston after posing as a prospective tenant. Bond set at 140000. Detectives said he may be involved in further cases across Michigan Ohio and Washington.
Solar system Inc has started manufacturing solar energy collectors for industrial heating. The four by eight foot panel uses a vacuum sealed clear plastic package with a specially treated copper inside to collect heat and transfer it to fluids after a three year development.
