The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday at 7 30 p m in the municipal building to decide on zoning the 184 acre tract as a Planned Development Community Center Forza master plan already approved by the City Council and School Board The site on Alma Dr and Spring Creek Rd features 20 tennis courts 11 ball diamonds 11 picnic stations 11 soccer and football fields eight outdoor basketball courts a community auditorium and more Also on the agenda is a revised land study for Park Forest North Addition and proposals to delete Old Orchard Dr from Custer Rd to Blueridge Tr plus plans for Plano Bank and Trust two story 41000 sq ft building at W 15th St and Alma Dr plus a 1600 sq ft motor bank interior and A Bang Addition site plan and plat For Country Place Plane Phase III a 7 5 acre replat is sought with 23 duplex lots The commission will also review site plans for A Bang Addition and replat action on Park Blvd area and other heavy commercial parcels in the subdivision
