Awards Banquet Planned at Plano Senior High
Plano trustees and the local teacher association will sponsor the Staff Awards Banquet at 7 p.m. Monday in the Media Commons Building on the Senior High campus. Seventeen staff members will receive service pins for 10 15 20 and 25 years, five retiring staff members and one former trustee. The program includes PEA recognitions, constitution amendments, officer elections, a scholarship drawing, and voting at 4 p.m. in the same building.

PISD to distribute service pins at Monday banquet
PISD plans a staff banquet Monday to honor long service with pins. The Music Corporation directed by DeWayne McCullough will provide entertainment for staff including 10 year honorees such as Sarah Ashburn Sigler and others. 15 year, 20 year and 25 year awards will be presented to named personnel. The Senior High School theatre and Commercial Foods departments host Scapino a dinner theater event in the Media Commons Building. County considers independent audit contract
