Plano Council Approves White Rock Creek Basin Development Plan
The Plano City Council approved an agreement to develop about 6000 acres in the White Rock Creek Basin in far west Plano. Plano Management Corp will contribute 2 million dollars toward water and sewer improvements while the city pays 875 thousand. The plan enables near immediate installation of trunk lines lifts and sewers. The meeting also covered a General Telephone Co rate increase request, a heritage park move for the George home, Whiffletree II land talks, annexation and zoning actions and multiple residential subdivisions.
