Youth Critically Shot In Plano Forehead Accident
A 13-year-old Plano youth remained in critical condition at Presbyterian Hospital after a 22 caliber revolver discharged while three youths played at East Meadow Apartments. Police say the 14-year-old who fired the shot acted playfully and no charges are expected.
