County considers new office space and staff requests

Plano trustees ponder FM 544 crossing plan for next year
Plano school trustees meet Tuesday at 8 p.m. to decide if students south of FM 544 near Prairie Creek should cross on foot to Weatherford Elementary. An earlier bid to hire two safety officers was vetoed. bus transport may be used instead. The plan affects 200 students within two miles of the school and runs for one year until Jackson Elementary opens in fall 1975.
