The 15th annual Plano Jaycee Carnival sponsored by Jaycees Fantastic Fair for Family Rides features Jimmy Reed Shows rides games and booths. Local personalities including Plano teachers and KXVI personalities will take dunking turns with a bingo tent and other games. Plano Sets New Pupils Registration for August Week
Plano Public School officials announce new pupil registration from August 15 to 19 for elementary and middle school students. Elementary registrations run August 15 and 16 with morning and afternoon sessions. Saigling Elementary will register at Jackson School to finish new building work. Middle school new students may register any day that week in cafeterias, with August 29 start date for classes to meet state-dictated four a five day reduction.
