Texas Auto Insurance Rates Seen Rising by November
Dallas actuary Charles Edwards told the State Insurance Board that auto premiums could be trimmed from an expected 11.3 percent rise by using actual company costs in the rate setting formula. Shingle Thieves Caught After Construction Site Theft
Three teens ages 19 17 and 15 were arrested Thursday morning when a patrolman found a trunk full of shingles at 4 41 am. Four other suspects were taken into custody on warrants for traffic violations passing worthless checks and suspended licenses. Police also investigated hubcap thefts burglaries mischief and a residential burglary.
