Alan Johnston, vice president and plant manager of Chrysler Boat Corp in Plano, was elected president of the advisory board of directors for the United Way of Plano. He will serve through 1975 after chairing the past year's volunteer Budget Committee that allocated fall campaign funds to nine Plano United Way human care agencies.
