Five-Hour Siege Ends With Arrest Of Suspect
Police finally stormed a barricaded Cinnamon Tree apartment after five hours of negotiations. He was treated for scratches and gas inhalation at Plano General Hospital. Residents evacuated from the building as officers feared further danger.
