Plano Reaps Almost 40000 in City Sales Tax Rebates

Plano Independent School District will introduce about 180 new teachers secretaries and aides to the district at an orientation Friday at Williams High School in Dallas. Texas Replaces Electric Chair With Lethal Injection
The Texas electric chair built in 1924 is retired after 361 executions to be replaced by lethal injection as the default method. The death by injection law, taking effect Aug 29, limits sensationalism and sets procedure rules for drug choice. The historic chair will be kept as a museum piece.
