Sentence set for Ro wland Depew in manslaughter case

In the Court of General Sessions Judge Connolly will sentence Ro wland Depew of Rust Orange for manslaughter in the Hodgson case from last fall. Other pending matters include Mabel Mills not guilty plea on a serious offense, Mere Florence William arraignment, Charles Glittine held for trial after guilty plea to stealing a horse blanket, and additional local-interest cases against John Doyle James Vitell Jimes Brooks Carson and Robert Johnson with various charges slated for trial.
