Child Dies After Auto Accident Near Mickleyville
Mary Elizabeth Stafford, 3, daughter of Dr. and Mrs J C Stafford, died from internal injuries after a wet road collision near Mickleyville on the way to Indianapolis. The car, driven by E H Thompson of Plainfield Motor Car Co, skidded and struck a wagon. The coroner ruled accidental death and the funeral was held in New Castle with arrangements by Rev A L Meridith.
