The notice states weekly publication by William M. Drake & Son from the Front Street printing office opposite the 2nd Presbyterian Church. Village subscribers pay 1.25 dollars annually in advance. mail subscribers pay 1 dollar annually in advance. A 50 cent surcharge applies if not paid in advance. No discontinuation until arrears are settled.
