Bailed horse found wandering near Mornstown

A horse stolen from Shields in New Jersey last week was found wandering near Mornstown by two boys. The exhausted animal could barely walk and showed signs of abuse after being ridden for miles. It was taken to a nearby barn for care and the owner notified. The thief remains unknown.
