Second Anniversary of Miantonomo Tribe Observed

Miantonomo Tribe No. 118 held its second anniversary at An chor Lodge rooms West Front Street with tickets for admission. Sidney E. Flower chaired the program as chiefs and delegates from Trenton Camden Paterson and Cardena attended. A banquet followed at Casper's hotel East Front Street with toasts and responses before the gathering dispersed. In a separate meeting Warren Union Mission Christian Endeavor elected M. M. Dunham President Sadie Searing Vice President Lizzie Stafford Secretary Maggie Shepherd Treasurer Lilfe M. Bird Col. Secretary.

Republican primaries set for three wards in city

This evening the Republican primaries will be held in the Second, Third and Fourth Wards. Voters in the Second Ward meet in the basement of Bryant school on East street while the other two wards hold primaries in the Republican Association rooms on East Pront street.
