The West Street collision between a wagon driven by Waldron and an Alp Electric Car No 3 occurred about 9:30 PM. Eyewitnesses say the wagon barely left room for the car as it sped forward, Waldron was thrown from his seat and his wagon sustained damage. The motorman Wallace and conductor argued with witnesses and offered to blame Waldron, while a lawyer offered damages claims against the railway. Waldron plans to sue the Company.
