The Supreme Court upheld the will of Albion resident Illl ani J. Clarke, declaring the deceased left $230,000 to UO Mra Allee A Sebel and others. Relatives receive nothing as the court found no undue influence, noting Clarke was of sound mind and health when the will was executed.
The Saneblow Mitmon of Preavent Avenue Church held their boat meeting for the season yesterday afternoon in the church parlors. About thirty five members of the Tint Regiment cadet corps, under Cadet Corpa, will march to Une depot at 6:45 in the morning for inspection and drill with the theater Cadet Corpa. They will wear dress uniform and carry colors. Lieutenant Charles Ball will serve as adjutant.

A small cyclone passed over Hillside Cemetery yesterday afternoon tearing three trees from roots and damaging part of Walter Metck barn roof. Debris filled the air but no further damage reported. Harold Gibba, a brakeman on train 345, died in Bound Brook from injuries after being struck by Ayer 523 there yesterday afternoon. He was a Hampton resident who had come to Bound Brook to flag train when struck, suffering severe injuries.
