Seventy Five Mile Relay Bicycle Pace At Elizabeth
The Town Pattie hosted a seventy five mile relay bicycle pace this afternoon with teams from the Elizabeth Wheelmen and Elizabeth Athletic Club. Sixteen riders entered, five relays route from Cherry Street and Rabway Avenue to Scotts Works Plainfield, Springfield Hotel, Milburn, and back to the start. Readings and tableaux were planned for the Casino with Miss Maude Bowers and Miss Gertrude Marchand among performers. A May 7 Greek tableaux program and a May 19 Y P and E union meeting at First Presbyterian Church in Plainfield were announced.
