The Ithaca area reports that student P L Taylor faced a 30 day jail term for refusing to testify before the Grand Jury in the chlorine gas poisoning case. His sentence ends April 21, after which he may be summoned again on the 24th if he declines to answer, potentially risking further detention.

A very pleasant masquerade party was held last night at the residence of Miss Mey Thompson on Liberty Street. A pleasant informal party in the Arlington Hotel last night celebrated the twentieth wedding anniversary of Mrs August Windham of New York, sister-in-law of Henry Windham. Guests included Miss Me sod, Miss Mary Daly, James and Charles Daly, Mr and Mrs H Dicke, and others, with the festivities continuing until near daybreak.
