At a March meeting in New York City trustees and cert holders of the Standard Oil Trust voted to terminate the trust agreement dated January 2 1892. Over 200 certificate holders were present with John D Rockefeller chosen chairman and John D Dold secretary. The resolution directs winding up the trust and distributing proceeds to certificate owners, with assets allocated to trustees for liquidation.
