Indiana Arrives with Relief to Starving in Russia

A steamer named Indiana arrived off the port on March 17 after sailing from Philadelphia Feb. 22 with famine relief for Russia. Crowds cheered as the ship docked and unloading was to begin at once. United States Consul Crawford oversaw part of the distribution to the distressed.
