Kensington murder mystery linked to Reginald Saunderson
Scotland Yard reports a young Dublin aristocrat Reginald Saunderson, 21, connected to the Holland Villas tragedy in Kensington. A knife and cherry wood stick found beside the victim were identified as Saunderson’s gear from Hampton Wick, and he was captured in Belfast and later held in Armagh awaiting London prosecution.

Elevator Hero Rescues 100 From Burning Broadway Building
In New York two six story business houses suffered 275000 in damages as fire raged through 547 Broadway and 131 to 187 Spring Street. Elevator man Dennis McAuliffe and engineer George Stinson repeatedly ferried trapped workers to safety on the fifth and sixth floors, aided by Henry Koch and Harry Simson. Police and firefighters battled flames as 14 engines and two water towers fought the blaze.
