Spectral claim heavy on cures for nervous disorders, kidneys liver and digestion. Promises relief from dyspepsia headache and loss of appetite. Describes tonic as a pure vegetable remedy with no alcohol, urging trial with a bottle as proof of merit.

Richmond June 17 Secretary Leslie M Shaw told the Virginia Bankers Association that to grow exports of manufactured goods the US must conform to foreign market requirements. He urged producing textiles apparel tools and utensils suited to foreign demands rather than trying to change buyers to our standards, noting South America and other regions prefer ready products over raw materials.
