Fragmentary OCR text shows corporate directors signatures notary attestations and stock records. Names such as Samuel Scracken Brydes and Ngny Anderson appear alongside sworn statements and minutes indicating shares reception and treasury duties. The passage reads like a truncated meeting or filing with officials and notary stamps.

Aninent Men Will Attend the Convention to be Held in Scranton In October Chief Croker of New York Chief Baxter of Philadelphia and Chief Humphrey of Pittsburg have written to the Scranton committee accepting the invitation to attend the state convention of firemen which will be held in the city October 3 8 and It Is expected that Senator Boles Penrose and Mayor Hayes of Pittsburg will deliver addresses in the Lyceum at the opening session During the convention week the visitors will be entertained at an outing to Moosic lake and on the last day exhibitions will be given on court house square by the local companies.
